ADHD doesn’t have to feel so lonely.
Try a 90-minute deep dive to get unstuck and confident about making (and keeping) friends again.
All it takes is one conversation to get you a step closer to feeling belonging, more social confidence, and a social plan that actually works for you.
Tell me if you can relate
➜ You know you want more (or better!) friends, but feel completely stuck on where to start.
➜ You’re taking typical advice for making friends, but still not feeling connected with anyone.
➜ You want more social confidence so you can stop telling yourself that you’re not good enough for friendship.
➜ You keep replaying social interactions in your head, overanalyzing every little thing that went wrong.
➜ Being social just feels like one more thing on your to-do list and it only leads to overwhelm or burnout.
➜ You want to be consistent in friendships, but forget to text back or lose momentum.
➜ You crave connection, but your neurodivergent brain makes friendship feel anything but simple (or fun).
But imagine…
➜ Sitting around the dinner table with people who adore you, support you, and understand you.
➜ Looking at groups of friends and going from “I wish I had that” to “I’m so lucky I have that.”
➜ Making friends and socializing in ways that actually feel FUN and energizing.
➜ Knowing exactly what to say, when to reach out, and how to follow through with plans.
➜ You’ll learn ADHD-friendly tools to maintain a balanced and thriving social life.
➜ You felt more calm, capable, and confident in social situations instead of anxious or and overwhelmed.
➜ You had one clear, doable next step that actually moved you towards feeling more connected.

- Rachel, New York
“I started working with Jenna when I moved to NYC. I was really struggling to make friends and I have social anxiety out the wazoo lol. But after just 3 sessions with her, I feel more confident walking into a room and being myself!”

"Jenna has impeccable listening skills and empathy that allow her to get on my level, validate my experience, and offer a clear goal to achieve to help me overcome my particular struggles with making meaningful friendships. 5⭐️ “
Hey! I’m Jenna

Hey! I’m Jenna *
I used to mask to make people comfortable, forget to reply to texts, and lie awake wondering why I still felt so lonely.
Then I realized — it wasn’t that I was bad at friendship. My ADHD (the overwhelm, the emotional rollercoasters, the lack of structure) was getting in the way.
So I built systems that work with my brain, not against it, and finally created the kind of friendships I used to dream about.
Now I help others do the same. 💛
(Oh, and I’m in my 30s, based in LA, always down to chat fantasy books, travel, or ADHD life.)
No one should have to choose between being themselves — excitement, tangents, distractions, and all — and having friends.
I’m here to help neurodivergents build relationships that feel supportive, not stressful, and to prove that everyone deserves to find their people no matter how their brain works.
