I’m Jenna
I know how lonely adulthood can feel—especially when ADHD makes it hard to stay consistent or feel safe socially. I started coaching because I want others to experience what I finally learned: connection gets easier when you stop trying to fit in and start showing up as yourself.
My coaching style: friendly, supportive, and fun. I want every client to feel safe and seen—like they’re talking to a friend who believes in them. And just like a good friend, I’ll gently push you when it matters, because I know you can do it!
This is your brain’s energy and emotion loop. Awareness is the first step to breaking it.
